Leadership Coaching with Emma Lewry Ltd enables an open, client driven approach towards exploring and working towards clear goals. Sessions can be face to face or online, and 1:1 or in groups depending on the nature of the goals.

What makes coaching with Emma different?

Emma is currently completing a Level 7 Somatic and Trauma informed leadership qualification with Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and ICF (International Coaching Federation) accreditation. Somatic approaches are concerned with understanding the physical feelings in our bodies, developing awareness of and control of our bodies in order to be mentally and physically well in our jobs. Trauma informed understanding in the coaching space enables leaders to develop knowledge of both their own and other's trauma and their responses. Working in education has significant secondary trauma exposure and for many leaders this has been normalised in their work, and the impact diminished.

Developing knowledge and awareness of both somatic and trauma informed approaches not only supports leaders personal experience, but expands their leadership expertise, growing their ability to support others in their team. 

Coaching with Emma works on the basis of creating psychologically safe spaces for leaders to bring their whole selves to each session. Working with kindness, collaboration and connection to tackle the challenges of leadership.
