Hi, I'm Emma!
Early Years is where my heart is, and supporting teachers, leaders and practitioners to develop their practise is a passion for me.
I love being creative and I bring creativity to my consultancy work. That means everything from brainstorming ideas for incredible curriculum development, planning exciting learning environments to getting right in there with setting up purposeful skills based provision.
I have led in 3 fantastic schools as Headteacher, 1 outstanding and 2 good, 1 with a pre-school, and all very different in context and cohorts. I have led the Early Years team in a large Multi-Academy Trust of 20 schools working towards fantastic curriculum development and provision for all pupils in our care. I completed my masters dissertation on collaboration and it's impact on increased staff confidence - working with Early Years teams is my thing!
Whatever you came here looking for, I'm sure I can help, and if I can't do it personally I will signpost you onwards. Book a call by clicking the link below and let's chat about how to drive forwards Early Years and autonomous learning in KS1 and 2 for you and your team.
